Who can participate in self defense training with Strictly Self Defense?

Strictly Self Defense provides training for people of all ages.  However, when planning for a group session, the concepts presented will take into consideration the youngest attendees to ensure that training is age appropriate.  When planning for youth and teen events, an age range of 2-4 years is best so that content is appropriate for the entire group..

Why should my group consider training with Strictly Self Defense?

Self Defense is a life skill that is not taught consistently in mainstream education or vocational training; however, anyone can be targeted by a perpetrator.  Additionally, self defense topics are difficult for parents to approach with their children. By engaging in training, the topic becomes easier for parents to discuss.

How long is a self defense training session?

Basic training with Strictly Self Defense is a 90 minute session, however add-ons are available to customize the experience for your group.
